Wedding guest registry

So  how's it work? Fill out the information form below and email a few pictures to  sulbone@sulbone.com. If approved, the artist will use India ink and water to ink wash your image onto a 16x20" piece of vellum paper, along with your name and wedding date if you choose. You can help choose the font.

Once the art is done, we'll mail you your painting along with a 16x20" piece of high-quality archival paper. We recommend you purchase an archival ink pen such as a Micron 08 pen, which can be purchased on Amazon or at your favorite arts and crafts store. This will prevent the ink from fading over time.

On your special day, you can either have the vellum laying on top of the white paper your guests will be signing, or have them separated. If you have them together, it is suggested that you have guest book greeters on hand to carefully lift the vellum paper up for signatures and to make sure guests don't accidentally sign on the vellum paper. 

You may also want to prevent your guests from signing their names in areas that are pure black, as they will not show through the vellum paper. If you want to prevent this, we can mark off the area guests should avoid signing in. Keep in mind this will limit the area available for signatures.

After your special day, you can take the signature page and the vellum painting to your framer to have it professionally framed, or purchase your own 16x20" frame.

This is a new product for Sulbone's Art. The introductory price is $300, which includes shipping. Turn around may be relatively quick (a couple of weeks) depending on orders outstanding, but plan for at least a couple of months.
